Peach Pie for breakfast? Yes, please! There’s nothing I enjoy more than preparing a breakfast that tastes more like a dessert. This smoothie bowl is a little bit sweet, a little bit tangy, and all the way delicious. And as always, this recipe is quick and healthy. Life’s a peach, so eat up!
1 Cup Frozen Peaches
1/2 Cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Cup Almond Milk ( I used unsweetened)
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon of Honey (Add more or less depending upon your own taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend Peaches, Yogurt, Rolled Oats, Honey, Vanilla, Nutmeg and Cinnamon. Slowly blend in Almond milk until you reach preferred consistency. Garnish with peach slices, a dash of nutmeg and Enjoy!
